Account

To create your Streetworld account we need your email address. If shoes to purchase something we will also ask for your name and address. You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect any security issues related to your Account. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at info@streetworld.com.

We may send you information about new products, services, and digital content at the email address provided by you on your registration form, but we will not share your email with a third party for any marketing purposes.

Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees (duty may be added), VAT, and shipping. Payment and shipping terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected method. Free shipping on all orders over 799 kr, otherwise there is a shipping cost of 59 kr. The minimum order value is 300 kr.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 30 days. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.
You must notify us before the 30 days cooling-off period expires.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The service started during the cooling-off period with your consent, the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, for example, a share, the goods due to their nature cannot be returned, the seal has been broken on sound or image recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

Warranties and service

Our products are warranted for three years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include defects caused by normal wear and tear or damage incurred during shipping or handling. Please contact us immediately if you think your shipment has been damaged during shipping or handling.

Deliveries

Our delivery time is 2-5 days. Remote locations might take 1-2 days longer.
Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping and handling fee, currently 150 kr.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective. Returns must be sent by letter or parcel. In the case of exchanges, we pay for the new shipping from us to you.

Repayment obligation
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, then we must refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled.

User Conduct

You agree that you will not violate any law, contract, or other third-party rights. You are responsible for your behavior and content while accessing or using our Service.

I also agree I will not:
- reproduced, duplicated, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose content on this website without express permission from the owner.
- pose as another person on Streetworld.
- create any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, racist, defamatory, or libelous.
- use the Service to fraudulently obtain items.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure Streetworld will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control. These circumstances include but are not limited to war, revolution, insurrection, riots, terrorist activities, strikes or other labor disputes (including lock-outs), fires, floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to the price of the product, the availability of the product or service, errors in the description or service, errors in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our products, services, or digital content without liability to you. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.
